Aside from the employees, what I enjoy most about HARD-LINE is working with the internal ERP system. Creating new features and modules is always rewarding and having direct feedback from the end users means the product is constantly improving for the better. It’s easy to get excited about new projects.

The work I do is not for everybody as some find it extremely stressful but not for me, I come to work and expect to do my best no matter what.

What I like about working at HARD-LINE is that with our TeleOp chair, I feel like I’m playing video games all day and it’s cool and a fun learning experience for me. We develop, create, and innovate new software all the time and it’s exciting! HARD-LINE gives me the benefit of being able to go underground and operate vehicles in a real-life situation.
